Superb City Stay!
ideal location beautiful lobby clean hotel helpful staff
The location proved ideal. It was near bus and train stations. The hotel had a beautifully presented lobby and bar area. I found the hotel clean throughout my stay. The staff assisted me with my bags to my room since there was no elevator.

modern bedroom clean bedroom convenient location amazing breakfast
the room was modern and clean i appreciated the device to adjust the ceiling window and blind the terrace area was lovely too i found the location convenient with a short walk to the station and other attractions. breakfast was amazing a full scottish served piping hot. the staff fixed the room daily during our absence i also appreciated the option to store luggage after check out.
my room was on the top floor i did not realize this initially the stairs were a challenge

friendly staff delicious breakfast
the staff were friendly and helpful. the breakfast was delicious and had many options. i found the location to be very convenient , with easy access to transportation and local attractions. the room was super clean and had nice toiletries.
my room was on the top floor , and there was no elevator. this made it a bit difficult to carry my luggage up the stairs. the windows did not open completely.

the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. my room and ensuite were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything i needed. the building exuded grandeur and felt of a high standard. i found the included breakfast to be very delicious, too.

small room low water pressure
the staff were quite friendly, which i did appreciate.
the room was too small. there wasn't enough space to even open my suitcase properly. the shower had very little water pressure, so it was difficult to have a proper wash.

The location was very convenient to transportation options. It was close to the bus station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They assisted with luggage.
The room was small. It felt a bit claustrophobic. I found the cost of breakfast too high. I did not like the security of the place though
